A noun coined by Cicero, an appellation deemed apt to name any work emulating the cosmetic order of the created cosmos, the astounding celestial dance of gleaming jewels, Gr. kosmímata, apprised by the philosophers; and from the earlier role of the Greek actor, the architékton, who aroused a political assembly, arraying a clearing for individuals in society to apprehend their existential purpose.
